For example, do employees need training on safety-related matters, do managers need training on HR-related topics, or do employees need training to improve their customer service skills? Identify a topic that you will use as the focus of this assignment to determine if training is the solution to fix the current skill gap. For this assignment, you will create a plan for a Training Needs Assessment but will not actually conduct the TNA.
