Your observation paper should be 2 pages or more. In your paper, you MUST include the following information: Descriiption of the proceedings: Date of proceeding, name and location of court, name of judge, name of attorneys, name of parties, summary of the facts of the case(s), legal and factual disputes, explanation of the proceedings what happened during the proceedings on this day. Reaction to the proceedings: What was your reaction to this proceeding? Did you feel the result or decision served justice? Relate your reactions to material covered in this course.
