S-Corporation.
For each of these structures, please perform research and obtain as much information as you can that would help to decide which one you would want to use to organize a business.

Tax/IRS related information: this includes forms or specific information that differentiates the different types from each other
Formation: how you form the structure under SC Law and Federal, if necessary. (not all require Federal formalities)
Relevant Websites: list the websites that you found your information. Make sure that they are good sources and would be sources that you would use again to conduct the research.
