This paper is to have a title and reference page. All in paper and final citations are to be done according to APA 7 formatting. All references should be from your texts in this class or your Birkman personal insights.
Introduction: Heading 1
Briefly describe Cameron and Greens four useful metaphors of organizations for change and the models that you may consider for your change (chap.3). This should have at least 2 references.
You will be looking at a suggested change in an organization that you are a part of/were a part of. This should be a situation where you are in some form of a leadership position. This can be past or present or near future.

5. Describe how you will manage or suggest managing the neutral zone (Bridges chapter 4: at least one reference)
6. Describe how you will manage or suggest managing the new beginning (Bridges chapter 5: at least one reference)
7. State how using at least one of the four metaphors (chapter 4 Cameron and Green: at least two references) will help your leadership change effort.
