It looks like you will have to redo draft 2 as well. You have the right idea in describing the articles. You are showing how risk factors connect to panic. Your risk factor in draft 1 was substance abuse. That needs to stay your risk factor. You need to also pick a mechanism (something that triggers or maintains your disorder).
Ill pick a mechanism for you for this example. Lets use avoidance.
You would then have a 6 paragraph draft where:
2 paragraphs describe A-C articles (how substance abuse connects to panic disorder)
a definition of avoidance (or whatever mechanism you prefer)
2 paragraphs describing B-C articles (how avoidance connects to panic disorder)
1 paragraph describing a A-B article (how substance use connects to avoidance)
and then a summary that sums up the articles and presents A-B-C. It then also says why it would be a good idea to treat the mechanism as well as the disorder.
