Week 5: Interactive activity
5.1 Learning Outcomes:
Define different perspectives and knowledge of process-flow analysis, process design
solutions, lean system, quality controls, Inventory control system and green systems
Implement technological tools in production models like forecasting, lean
manufacturing and world class manufacturing (WCM) to enhance the productivity
and communication with other persons involving in operation and also to review their
contribution to the profit.
