You will write a first draft of a paper regarding how the HPT Model can be applied to a learning environment that uses educational technology. The paper should address either the field of online learning or the use of educational technology in the traditional classroom, but not both. A learning environment is any formal educational setting such as, but not limited to, K-12, higher education, vocational education, corporate training, or military training.
This draft and the final paper will be 10-12 pages in addition to the title, abstract, and references pages and must be supported by at least 10 scholarly sources. Sources dealing with educational technology should be within five years, although chapters in the Kidd and Song (2009) textbook may be used.
The paper must be submitted as a Word document in current APA format. The paper will be marked by the instructor and returned to the student so that concerns can be addressed before submitting the final draft in Module 6.
