Chapter 11: Managing Conflict
Make sure to watch the lecture on chapter 11 and review the overview of managing conflict so you can best answer the following questions.
How successful are you at managing conflicts in your life? If you feel like you are pretty successful, why is that? And if you feel like you are not too successful, why is it?
Take this Conflict Styles AssessmentActionsWhat is your conflict style? How have you seen this conflict style play out in your intimate relationships with people?
Do you think this conflict style has helped you deal with conflicts in your life successfully?
How could you improve your ability to manage conflict?
Thinking back to the Four Horsemen, do you see any of these behaviors play out in your intimate relationships by either yourself or the other person? If so, what are the effects?
