Appendix (make sure to include charts, graphs, or pictures)
Spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors will reduce the grade by up to 1 point.
Grading rubric
1. Meets Assignment Requirements Responds directly to the assignment. Strong, clear, unusually perceptive ideas that focus and unify the whole paper. Demonstrates mastery of the topic under study. Paper consists of cover page, abstract, table of contents, topic definition, current research, workplace trends, pros and cons, key learnings, and conclusion. Bibliography and appendix have also been correctly provided.
2. Voice and Tone Sentence structure is appropriate and clearly conveys the proposals subject matter; passive voice avoided; gender-neutral language used; word choice is neither repetitive nor overly creative.
3. Content and Support Specific, concrete, detailed discussion throughout. Ideas are substantiated with multiple reasons supported by relevant information from text, journals, and other reputable sources that are not more than 3 years old.
4. Organization Coherent, focused. Orients the reader by introducing the project research and analysis. Provides clear direction and intent. Concludes effectively.
Mechanics spelling, grammar, punctuation Varied and often sophisticated sentence structure, avoiding monotony; mastery of the conventions of standard English with few or no errors in mechanics, usage, and spelling. Few to no errors in current APA style guidelines
