The final paper for this class is a personal reflection paper in which you will include a detailed personal SWOT analysis. For this paper, apply all of the concepts that you have learned in this class to yourself. By that I mean that you should look at: Your paper should be 5-6 pages, and incorporate 3-4 resources. Feel free to use information that you have used in managerial interviews or any of the prior papers that you have written. However, be careful not to cut and paste pieces of prior papers together to make a new one. Using the same information is one thing, but you should keep in mind that this is an altogether new analysis that requires personal insight and thought. Save your work as a .doc, .rtf, or PDF file, and upload to the corresponding dropbox.
