(One concept or idea that Ive learned from listening to these discussions are The Big Five Personality Test: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extravertism, Agreeableness and Neuroticism) As I reviewed what we learned, I was most impressed with the podcast in Unit II about personality tests. Guest, Caroline Walters was discussing the Big Five Personality Test: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extravertism, Agreeableness and Neuroticism. In my career, I had never been a true believer in putting much dependency on these tests, but in studying that unit I realized how to use the test as a tool to not only help me select team members that will bond better and work together better, but I saw where I could use the test to improve my own performance I know in the future as I use these tests, I will have a completely different attitude about the usefulness of the personality tests.
