Tara was a dependable employee and performed adequately with good technical skills. She made no effort to go above and beyond the call and did not keep up with advances in her field by attending seminars or conferences or volunteer for special projects. She was never rude to her patients but gave the impression she was simply doing her job and anxious to finish her shift.
