To capture the high level of complexity under which compensation management takes place, this course also uses the case method to examine compensation. To this end, we will focus on how human resource managers formulate compensation strategic decisions and manage the compensation operational process. In regards to strategic decisions, we discuss explicit framework for compensation strategic action in cases from textbook and videos. This particular case focuses more on exercises regarding operational process. Hopefully, the exercise will help you familiarize with the daily work of compensation specialists.
